I selected this hotel for attending a synod because it provides event rooms especially designed for it, which made my work-related stay convenient. The staff was accommodating and helpful, and the location was ideal for accessing major attractions and shops within walking distance.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of an on-site business center for any last-minute printing or office needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family visit to "Tina, the Musical" at the Coliseum Theatre, just a short stroll away. The spacious rooms and the breathtaking rooftop terrace with panoramic city views offered a delightful retreat for our family after a day of sightseeing.

My wife says that having a designated family lounge or play area within the hotel premises would have been a great addition for families with children.

The general areas, including the rooftop pool and terrace, were adorned with exuberant flowers and plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere ideal for a quiet stroll or a leisurely picnic. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-designed spaces and facilities that catered to the needs of senior guests, making it easy to move around and enjoy all the amenities.

I would ask for better accessibility features for senior people, such as clearer signage or assistance from the children working there.

The hotel had a pool, which was fantastic for the hot weather in August. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent.

I had a great stay in the city center. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy to explore. The metro station was right next to the hotel, so getting around was a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Plus, the rooftop bar and pool provided a great spot to relax and soak up the city views.

The staff could be a bit more friendly at times, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

Wow, staying at this hotel made me feel like I was on the red carpet. And the art gallery in the lobby was a nice touch, I felt so cultured! The square with all the statues was like being in a royal garden.

Located on Gran Via with plenty of bars, restaurants, and a shopping center nearby. Room size was a bit small but we upgraded to a suite with a sofa which made our stay better. Roof pool and lounge area were a nice perk. Friendly staff and comfortable, quiet rooms.

A majestic square, located opposite the Royal Palace, surrounded by 20 solid stone statues of old Spanish monarchs, creates an enchanting setting for a leisurely stroll. It felt like stepping into a historical fairy tale, with each statue telling a story of its own.
